U of M - Ross School of Business

To date, Stephen Ross has donated more than $313 million to the Ross School of Business and University of Michigan Athletics, making him the largest single donor in the university’s history. Ross donated $100 million towards the $135 million, new Ross School of Business. Constructions started in spring of 2014, renovating 75,000-square-feet and adding 104,000-square-feet of new construction.

Keeping with the school’s commitment to sustainable design, the project included energy and water conservation measures such as occupancy sensors for lighting control, energy efficient light fixtures, the incorporation of natural daylight, and low-flow bathroom fixtures. Intentio Innovations was selected to be involved in the BIM process, modeling and coordinating all the HVAC piping, plumbing, and controls for the energy efficient and sustainable facility. Construction was completed in the fall of 2016 and the Ross School of Business received a LEED Gold Certification.
