Demolition of the existing Ferry Field Locker Rooms started in fall of 2013 to make room for the new University of Michigan Field Hockey Team Center. The project constructed a new grandstand with a capacity for 1,500 spectators and an approximate 2,000-gross-square-foot concessions building with public restrooms.

The new 13,000-gross-square-foot building houses locker rooms for players and coaches, offices, training facilities, hydrotherapy pools, meeting space, and broadcast capabilities. Intentio Innovations modeled the mechanical piping for the new center that was completed in the summer of 2014.
